The two factories of  Eternal Dragon International Limited are located in Huizhou, occupies a total area of 11,300 square meters.  They certified the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 production plants, and became a factory of "Hong Kong -Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners Recognition Scheme". 

One stop production

Eternal Dragon Metal (HuiZhou) Company Limited is the main hardware production base and is closely linked up with the Hong Kong head office.  We provides one-stop production, all of the production processes are done in-house from product design, mold manufacturing, product forming, electroplating, functional inspection, to product packaging and shipment are all independently completed.

Our workshop includes a Molding workshop, Zinc Alloy Workshop, Brass Workshop, Grinding Workshop, Vibrating Workshop, inspection Workshop, Packaging Workshop, Material Control Department...

Our advanced production equipment and complete facilities include Electric Large-Tonnage Crane, Zinc Alloy Central Furnace, Die-Casting Robot, Automatic Trimming system, Automatic Tapping System, Automatic Buffing Machines, and so on.

All production processes are monitored by a professional management team with a management system to ensure product quality, production progress and process flow.

The main production processes of the workshop include,

Eternal Dragon Plating Factory  is located in Huidong County, Huizhou, responsible for product finishing.   It divides electroplating workshop and e-coating workshop which are arranged production according to the orders from the head factory.

1, Electroplating workshop: including Rack Plating, Barral Plating, Antiquing Dip Line, Vibrating, Highlighting, Decorative Paint Process, Lacquering.  The Antiquing Dip Line process is the first factory in China to introduce the professional technology of American brand 'Keeler Brass'.  This technical is based on the furniture material to match with furniture hardware finishes processing, this matching technology is perfect for a furniture factory.

2, E-coating workshop: E-coating is a kind of low pollution, energy-efficient, resource-saving coating.  The smooth coating has the characteristics of water resistance and anti-corrosive. It is suitable in use of the mechanized and automated coating process and good for products with complex shapes.  So it is widely used in furniture hardware.

Our E-coating workshop is well-equipped.  We can rapidly develop and produce a variety of product finishes to cater market needs according to the requirements of customers.
